REUNION FORM LETTER
(FINAL Cut off date - Sept. 2, 2006)
Below is the letter sent out to classmates with information and form to be filled in and returned to Nancy Sliker Shuler, accountant for this Reunion of 2006. It is our hopes that all were received and viewed. There is a cut off date of July 9, 2006 on that letter. We realize that some may have missed the cut off date and believe it is too late to send in reply. Nancy has arranged with Mr. Rogers at Locust Hill Country Club to be able to inform him on Sept. 6, 2006 the number of classmates who will be attending the 2006 Reunion Dinner and Dance. This gives anyone who still wishes to attend time to send in the form.
It is the wish of every committee member that anyone wishing to attend the reunion be given ample time in which to reply.
If any of you have procrastinated, not returned the form letter, think it too late - this is your opportunity to return the form letter by September 2, 2006. If you know of any classmate who believes that it is too late to send in the letter or did not receive a form letter, please inform them of this final cut off date. This
Reunion will either be our last big reunion or may be our last one. Know the Class of 1955 has stated that they will not hold another reunion.
Class of 1956 not only celebrates the 50th Reunion but also 100th year of West High School.
All on the committees for this reunion have worked to make this a special one for our classmates and look forward to sharing it with you. If you have not sent in your reply, please do so. Hope that the final cut off date gives any and all opportunity to respond to form letter. Come join your classmates.
